It's getting to be that time of year again... time for more Oscar predictions!

Following are some broad and early Oscar predictions for the major categories. For those who care, I'll have my a revised version of predictions, with only two levels per category, in January... [more]

Last Wednesday evening I had the chance to perform in a mock match at ComedySportz in Santa Clara, California. I had been a part of nearly a year of improv workshops and the performance was a graduation of sorts. The audience turnout was huge and the performances were by far our best.

For those who were unable to attent, did attend and want to relive the magic, or were part of the magic and want to see yourself online... I proudly present to you, The Mock Match Photo Album!

You'll notice many of us from the performance are also in the photo taken way back during Workshop Level 1. Time flies...

Thanks to Jish for playing photographer for the evening and to Jennipher for many of the photos not taken by photographer Jish.

Four months shy of four years ago I posted my first entry in an online journal/blog. Three years ago I was a college kid just coming off a succesful run in that Diana musical. Two years ago I was happily working on what would soon wind up not so happy. At just about the same time I had also just started working for a dot com that would fizzle not too many months later.

Assassins
I have a healthy fascination with the phenomenon of events in relation to the musical Assassins.
